Privacy Policy

Your email address, and the information you enter into F180: your outcome and reasons, standards, attention leaks, daily entries and reflections, weekly resets, Proof Wall entries and any images you upload, plus your reminder preferences and timezone.

Your journey data is private to your account. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that created it, and Proof Wall images are stored in private storage accessible only through short-lived links issued to you.

Solely to run your 180-day journey: showing your progress, generating your coaching and recognition from your own evidence, and delivering reminders you have switched on. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We use a hosting and database provider to store your account and journey data, and an email provider for verification and password resets. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity to us — we never see your Google password.

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can export everything at any time from More, and delete your account permanently from the same screen. Deletion removes your journey records and uploaded images and cannot be undone.

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Export and deletion are available directly in the app.

A published contact address for privacy requests is being finalised before launch.
